Does anyone have an OEM Catalytic Converter?

Hello, My pre cats are barely there and therefore I cannot pass smog in CA because of the check engine light. If anyone has an OEM cat or any suggestions to a work around to my issue that would be very appreciated ! Thank you

And after you fix the evap system problem, you will have to drive around for a while to clear the system monitors to actually pass emissions. All of this can be checked with an OBD2 tool.
