FAQ

your questions answered.

Yes and no. I don’t think anything will replace FCEdit, but I hope is is a worthy substitute providing all of the same functionality.

FCTuner supports three types of AutoTuning as well as open live tuning. This means you can manually edit your maps in real time, or use one of the three autotuning modes to make those edits for you.

This supports basic logging. The logging that has been implemented will average out collected AFR’s and will log them in a viewable format. Similarly, it will log the highest realized knock levels in a similar format.

Every PFC .DAT file can be opened, but what can be edited will vary by platform. It was our goal to make everything except Rotary fully supported.

It supports everything except for the digital WB02 input.

Yes! it supports offline map import, editing and exporting/saving!

You can open and view maps for Rotary, but not all features are supported.

Autotuning is not a perfect art. It is my goal to perfect it as best as we can. Because of the continual work, I do not want to say it is finished; it is working though!

Not yet, but perhaps in the future I will upload the full repo into Github/Gitlab. I have provided the sourcecode for other tools that i have created.
