Convex Rearview Mirrors – gauging interest for a group buy

Sign me up! I loved these on my sister’s e36 and I’d love them even more on my spyder.

Hey Cyclehead. Is this similar to what you were offering? No blue tint though and only for passenger side. Driver side is flat.

Yes, that’s very similar.   It’s too bad they didn’t specify the curvature.  The factory curvature is something like 1200mm radius.  The mirrors I got were 1016mm radius.  The ones that the company in Florida had were 650mm radius.  
One option is to order a UK mirror for the drivers side (which would be a passenger side UK mirror).   Then you could have convex mirrors for both sides.   The drawbacks were the printed “…larger than they appear…” warning, and the shallow (factory) curvature.   

I’m guessing the only work-around would be to sell them on Takuban Motorsports. He would charge tax and everyone would be happy. Well, sort of !
