Need Help with 05 MR2 Exhaust pipe loose

Is this for a TTE exhaust? 

Here's the pic he posted on SC ... I can't tell much from it .

You might want to try and pull it off then you should be able to tell how it is attached .

I can't tell much form it either except that if it doesn't have any bolts its probably welded and the welds did not hold up. If we had a reference from the kind of exhaust or a wider picture of the exhaust it would help. 

I just went under the car again and the left one came off half way where it was welded.  The prior owner cut the rear bumper and it has to pipes coming out in the middle of rear bumper.  Any idea if I can take this to someone and have them weld the left pipe back onto the muffler?
