Am I missing a panel or some such thing to cover the wiring to the radio? Any suggestions for a way to cover this up?

There was a member on SC that sold a carpeted garnish to cover up that area. I suppose you could cut up a plastic sheet in the dimensions of the area to be covered and then add some black felt material.

I know Stu pretty well as he is the guy I go to, to conduct my group buys. If you don't want to join I can contact him for you or have him list the item here.
One of my plans I have in the future is to invite some of the Europens to sell their items here as well. There is a guy in the Netherlands that is going to be reproducing the Toms rear under brace which should be a good options for some since it has been discontinued.

That was me. I don't sell them anymore due to how labor-intensive it was to produce them. I made them in small batches out of ABS plastic with trunk carpet covering them. They look great. But were a lot of work to produce. I think someone on ROC stole my idea / design and is making them now. So you might be able to get one on there.
