My Beck Arnley 103-2565 inner cv boot tore (2003). Most likely from the 2zz install. But now I need to choose -replace the boot with OE, another aftermarket, or full shaft? If new shaft, OE or what manufacturer?

Never get rid of the OEM axles. They're nearly invincible when kept greased. If it's not causing problems, re-boot it with an OEM boot. That boot will last you another 100k+.
