My emergency brake cable on my new to me Spyder (passenger rear) appears to be "open to the environment". I am sure this will lead to freezing/failure. Any suggestions on how to seal this? (I already have new cables but I wanted to wring the last of the life out of those on the car before replacing.) Thanks in advance!

I have this same thought, and was able to find these:
search amazon for "SHIMANO V-Brake Accordian Boot, XTR, XT-M739 ea"
(I am too new here, so access is restricted)
Am currently waiting for the next time I am in there to give one a try.
