dev,
we are going to have to talk this winter.
I have been sitting on a pair of Koss CM1010 speakers that I picked up. then need a surround replacement, and the crossovers rebuilt.
The crossovers are what I expect to be looking for help with.
I have a vintage receiver to pair them with, just not the one I want. (anyone have a Kenwood Monster they don't want?)

Sure thing. My advise is to get into a tube preamp on the front end and a transistor amp on the back end. I wish I would have know years ago. Everything sounds sweet.
Why are they white? I thought most records are uniformly black all the way through.
They are white from the amount of times I've played a single sample on a track.

Yeah that's what I mean, what makes them white?

I guess it's just what happens to black plastic when it's scratched enough times? Sort of like how the plastics on our car fade to white.
